During the third quarter of the year, Cambodia emerged as a leader in the global vaccination race, with 66% of the population fully vaccinated.
As developers pressed forward in Q3, the city’s underlying supply and demand dynamics shifted further. Particularly, imbalances continue to appear in the office and retail segments. As stock vacancy rises, reductions in rental rate for the commercial segments grew to -1.35% and -5.85% Q-o-Q, respectively.
