Manager, Facility Management
SUMMARY
The Facilities Manager will be responsible for ensuring that our buildings and their services meet the needs of the people that work in them. This includes overseeing building maintenance, managing budgets, ensuring compliance with health and safety standards, and planning for future development.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Develop and manage the client relationship and ensure a high level of service.
- Managing the budget for an organization’s commercial operations, including capital expenditures, operating expenses, and other costs associated with providing services.
- Developing and implementing strategic plans to improve performance in all aspects of business operations.
- Evaluating new technology applications that could improve business operations or processes.
- Ensure compliance with legislative, client and CBRE health, safety, and environmental programs.
- Provide effective solutions to development, training, and performance management.
- Provide technical support across a wide spectrum of Hard Services, to the CBRE team and client.
- Ensure service delivery is in line with agreement.
- Prepare data for monthly Operational Reviews.
- Promote continuous improvement throughout the team.
- Perform other duties as assigned by line manager.
- Prepare yearly preventive maintenance schedule.
- Prepare monthly duty roster for technician and contractors.
- Prepare weekly, monthly, and quarterly report of the building operation work.
REQUIREMENTS & QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical Engineering or related building field.
- Proven experience as a Facilities Manager or in a similar role.
- Strong knowledge of facilities management operations and best practices.
- Excellent organizational and leadership skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities.
- Experiences in Commercial / Retail / Industrial Building will be a strong advantage.
- Facilities Management or any relevant sector with minimum 5 7years’ experience.
- Excellent English writing and verbal communication skills.
- Able to interact with a wide range of clients, personnel, and their demands.
- Strong leadership and stakeholder management to work with clients and tenants.
- Having knowledge of occupational safety requirements.
- Strong customer focus promotes team spirit, boosts morale and who subscribes to the Company RISE values.
- Self-motivated, reliable, and professional, attention to detail.
- Competent working knowledge of Microsoft packages (e.g. Excel, Word, AutoCAD).
