SUMMARY

The person is responsible for oversees the daily operations of the customer service department, ensuring that customers receive the highest level of service. This role involves managing a team of customer service representatives, handling escalated issues, and implementing strategies to improve service quality and efficiency.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • The job demands a high level of managerial capability, creativity, resourcefulness, interpersonal and communications skills, leadership, and organizational abilities to supervise frontline staff.
  • Evaluate staff performance while constantly identify, organize, and implement sufficient training to ensure frontline staff are ready to provide highest quality of service.
  • Excellent communication skills are imperative in this role to answer and handle emails and telephone queries from tenants and visitors by displaying a strong ability to be a key influencer with decision-makers, in addition to poise tenacity, confidence and maturity.
  • Assist Property Manager carry out daily operations of the property to tenants and event organizers in facilitating promotions, festival events and crowd management.
  • Assist in the handover/takeover of premises during the commencement/expiry of tenancies for owners of building as well give aid on the collection on rental, management charges, license fee and other charges payable from tenants.
  • Perform other duties as assigned by line manager.

REQUIREMENTS & QUALIFICATIONS

  • Bachelor’s degree in Facilities, Real Estate Management or Hospitality, or equivalent through experience with at least 5+ years Customer Service experience emphasis on integrated real estate services (Property Management, Hospitality, or related industry is preferrable).
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and analytical skills.
  • Good command in spoken English, Cantonese, and Putonghua is a must.
  • Substantial hands-on experience in customer service and ability to work independently.
  • Proven record of providing excellent internal and external customer service.
  • Candidate with more experience will be considered as Customer Service Manager.
