SUMMARY

This person is responsible for providing administrative support, doing market research (go to field) and find the stocks (available land for sell). This role involves handling various administrative tasks, coordinating with other departments, and assisting in the management of investment properties.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Research and identify available land for sell.
  • Maintain and update internal databases for land listings.
  • Ensure all stock listings are accurately updated on the company website.
  • Coordinate with landowners to gather necessary details.
  • Support the team with administrative tasks as needed.
  • Prepare, review, and manage documentations.
  • Assist the sales team with administrative tasks, including preparing sales contracts and processing sales transactions.
  • Work closely with the Marketing team.
  • Perform other duties as assigned by line manager.

REQUIREMENTS & QUALIFICATIONS

  • Under-graduate students in Year 3 or 4, or fresh graduates.
  • Preferably male due to the need to go out (find stocks).
  • No experience required.
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Strong communication, interpersonal skills, and willingness to go outside.
  • Basic computer skills including Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
